BSafe Health & Safety Plan

Team, we have released the following statement on our websites outlining the Health and Safety initiatives we are taking in regards to COVID-19. We ask that you review this communication and practice social distancing.

Our reopening is guided by a comprehensive set of health safety and sanitation procedures, with consult from many government and health organizations, the American Hotel and Lodging Association, and our own founding - as well as the procurement of the very best sanitation resources, products, and practices available. A few of these initiatives include:

  • Guest rooms are be held vacant between stays for a period of 24 – 72 hours, when possible

  • Electrostatic sanitation sprayer systems are used to disinfect public spaces and guest rooms, including beds, furniture, upholstery, surfaces and high-touch areas

  • Additional cleaning measures to routinely disinfect all touched surfaces in between usage

  • A minimum of 6 ft physical distance between dining tables in both indoor and outdoor areas

  • Monitored employee management in masks and PPE, health screenings, physical distancing and hygiene standards

Be assured that our commitment to you is to go “beyond” in all of these measures, ensuring the best guest experience we can - one that will provide you the utmost comfort and enjoyment during your hotel stay or dining visit. A visit you’ve been waiting for! About these “new ways of hospitality” – you’ll be happy to know, you’ll still be feeling the Beauport Hospitality guest experience, at every step. When you return, you will see the same familiar faces, serene guest rooms and balconies, outdoor dining on our deck, picturesque beach and ocean views. There will be some things different, yes – but be assured that any measure is only temporary, as we move to get to “the other side” of this time. Stay safe and well, and we’ll see you soon!  Beauport Hotel Management Team *NOTE TO GUESTS ABOUT MA OUT OF STATE TRAVEL BANS* As of August 1, 2020, under the order of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, travelers arriving to the state must fill out a “Massachusetts Travel Form” and quarantine for 14 days, unless they are coming from a state where the coronavirus risk is lower, or they can produce a negative coronavirus test result administered no more than 72 hours prior to arriving in Massachusetts.  Travelers are exempt from the requirements if they are coming from a state that has been designated as a lower-risk state, including New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Maine, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire and Hawaii. As a result, until current restrictions are lifted, we will not be able to accept reservations for guests traveling from outside of the above mentioned states. To those guests already booked from out of state, we will be able to offer full refunds of deposits. Please contact our team at info@beauporthotel.com for questions about out of state reservations.
